Bought this as thought it would be good value for money, having all the accessories with it! When it first arrived I thought it was amazing and worked amazingly for the first 30mins until it completely stopped working and didn’t come back on even after doing all the trouble shooting steps so it’s going back to Amazon for a refund. I recommend spending a bit more and going for a more quality product that lasts longer than 30mins.

This steamer I did like to ease of using it and seeing the temperature it reach. But I had to send it back as it would leave a puddle of water on my floor even when using the dry steam selection so had to send it back.

This item was built not to last, or be adequate, but just long enough for the return policy.I got robbed, big time, avoid this brand and be sure to check who owns it to avoid their products in the future.

This steamer was ok to start wwith but had stopped working after about two weeks. Don't waste your money, if you can go for the dupray steam cleaner I would recommend this one.

The steamer doesn't work properly. It cuts out every 3-4 minutes and the steam only lasts for a maximum of 30 seconds.

I ordered this steamer mainly to just steam the carpets. I am so pleased with this brilliant machine. It has got a large cord + so you don't need extension leads. It came with a lot of extra tools, but I think we will mainly be just using a couple of the tools as it is only forthright carpets. I have got another hand held steamer for general housework. I was very impressed with the quick delivery speed too. I have used it three times now + I am So pleased with this machine. It was so resnobly priced too. It has got a good size water tank. I was happy to give it the 5 stars.
