Great but
Great tasty oatcake, I have ordered the cases of 12 packets 18 times now. However, at Amazon's special price of £2.66 a box of 24 oatcakes (£31 per case), I can no longer justify eating them. The search starts now for a more affordable oatcake!

No butter or palm oil
We buy these because they're made with rapeseed oil rather than palm oil which we avoid. We started buying online, originally direct from Walker's as we couldn't find them in local supermarkets. They're tasty and travel well in a cyclist's pocket. If Amazon read this please change the description - they aren't made with butter!!

Delivered with care and on time.
Arrived in good time and with no damage to any of the 12 boxes as I had to order in bulk. Best oatcake on the market in my opinion. No longer available on shelves here in N. Ireland presumably due to protocol problems. So Amazon to the rescue.No negatives to report.

A Little bland.
Not as thick as I was expecting but reasonable oatcake, but need a topping

Walkers thick and crunchy oatcakes.
Best before date on this box of 12 cartons of oatcakes is 30th July 2025 so I have to consume a lot of oatcakes in the next 4 months. Slightly disappointed.

Healthy, crisp and sustaining
Can be eaten on its own or with anything you can think of. Stays fresh in its inner wrapping. Brilliant store cupboard cheese biscuit. Ideal if you are trying to lose weight - eat two slowly with a cup of tea etc. - fills you up without costing too many calories. Very digestible - ideal last thing at night.

Best oatcakes on the market.
I love these oatcakes and they are now my favourite brand after eating dozens of other makes. Some almost as good as these, others rather mediocre. I use them in many instances where before I would use bread/toast; they are so much tastier and even just smeared with butter make a lovely snack with a cup of tea.UPDATE - 21 April 2024. Still the very, very best oatcakes on the market. It is 3 o'clock on Sunday morning and after a late night with good friends and good whisky, Walkers Thick and Crunchy Oatcakes, together with a bowl of Scotch Broth have just satisfied my hunger and sent me to bed feeling very satisfied, content and happy. Later this Sunday morning I shall enjoy them again with good marmalade to follow my porridge.Keep up the good work Walkers - and Amazon!
