Yes it has a solid handle on the inside about 3 inches from the other end.

Q: So what breed of dogs is this dog bite sleeve made for? I need one for a Mastiff

We bought it for our Pitbull puppy. We love it. It is a 2 part sleeve. Has a smaller one for when they are a puppy then the larger full sleeve for when they grow. Ours has held up very well. Great quality. I would image it would work well for a mastiff.
