Great quality
Dies are of a high quality. In the pictures, compared to a crimper from another manufacturer (arrows pointed to the die cuts for the same gauges). You can clearly see that this crimpers' dies exceed in quality! Also, the crimpers are compact and feel comfortable in hand. Of course, in this picture, compared to a universal size crimpers.

Good crimper
I’ve been pleased with this crimper. It does a good solid crimp on wire. I’ve only used it to repair connector pins, but plan on making new connectors with it. The crimper comes with a case and an assortment of crimps. I’ve found this tool useful and a good addition to my toolbox. I do recommend this crimper as it is easy to use, well made and affordable.

Works great
I've put several small connectors together for radio control use and have had no problems at all. I don't know why I didn't purchase these years ago.

Great set for those DIY-ing their JST-XH connectors
I'm getting into small electronics projects and am working mostly with low voltage. JST-XH connectors fit the bill for what I need, and I needed a crimper to assemble them, so I bought this set. There's no doubt it's hard to crimp these. They're so small. But here are some tricks in no particular order:1. Slightly manually close the flaps that hold the wire in place on the connector. You want to leave them open enough that the wire itself can sit between them, but close enough that they will act as a stopper for the wire sheathing. You don't want the wire sheathing to insert too far into the connector.2. Pay attention to the orientation you insert the connector into the crimper. The crimper has a narrow side and a wider side. The narrower side is for the flaps that fold around the wire itself, and the wider side is for the flaps that fold around the sheathing.3. Insert the connector into the crimper first before trying to insert the wire, and butt the small retention tab of the connector up against the edge of the crimper and then partially close the crimper to hold it in place.4. Strip the wire and leave about 2mm of wire exposed.5. If you applied the first tip, when you insert the wire into the connector that is being held in the crimper, you will feel when the wire sheathing stops at the flaps that grip the wire itself. That's when you know it's time to fully crimp the connector.Takes about 10 minutes of practice but it worked flawlessly for me on my first try, and I've never done this before. It's easy once you get the hang of it.

Works in a pinch, but not for everyday use.
This crimper set is loaded down. Has all the features you'd expect from a high quality set. The seller provides a huge selection of terminals for any job. The look and feel of the crimpers is great. They are heavy and fit my hand well. Now the down: These things are almost impossible to get consistent results with. The ratcheting or locking feature is terrible. It might work great for 2 crimps and then the next 3 fight you and come out terrible. Leave yourself some slack for repeat attempts because you are going to need it.I'd likely go another direction next time.

Great crimpers
Ratchets closed so you don't have to worry about dropping the pins while crimping

Not what i expected
I ordered these with an assortment of heat shrink marine grade butt connectors as suggested by amazon. These in my opinion are not worth the money. they don't even open up enough to get the butt connectors in easily. After struggling to get it in the jaws of the crimper they won't allow you to get enough pressure to actually crimp the butt connector.

Qualità eccellente! Promossa a pieni voti!
The media could not be loaded. Prodotto super promosso! Voto 10 su 10 !!!
