Goods received were not marbled effect as per the pictures but plain in colours??? Have requested replacement or refund.... let's wait and see.

So, when last we spoke, I had been told that they would send the pens that I had ordered out that day. So, I was expecting them in about two weeks. Well, they showed up in 6 days! They sent them expedited shipping, from Germany, to make it right. I had originally thought I would leave it four stars, but, with service like that, they earned the fifth.As for the pens, they are lovely, and work well. They have even been adjusted for a nib - if you have watched any pointed pen videos, you will understand that some pens need to be adjusted, by bending the prongs, inside the tip, in to hold the nib. Ready to go, right out of the package. Getting a few holders also allows me to put a different nib on each, so they are always ready to go.Update - I decided to contact the seller, and, to my pleasant surprise, they responded within 12 hours. They are going to make this right, and send the correct pen holders. I did not think it would be that easy to get satisfaction.Original Review: Got drab solid color pen holders. Might be wood, but I wanted the marbled. Don't know what I am going to do, whether I will return, or not. Did not need them, but I really liked the look of the marbled ones...

Was no Mabel paint just regular color
