Great bikeFound a YouTube video to assist with assemblyWasn’t too badMy girl loves it. She rode it for a long time today and only one bar was used.Took over 2 weeks to get the bike after ordering it on Amazon. Stayed in ordered status for 2 weeks. Once ordered changed to shipped status, the bike came in with 2 days I believe.

My husband and I each bought this bike for our x-country RV trip this fall. While we were riding on miles of trails at parks we stayed at, many people were curious about our bikes and asked us lots of questions, we even let others try it for the fun experience. We had and have nothing but wonderful remarks about this bike, highly encouraging others to make this purchase. We needed a few parts of the bike replaced and the response from the company was very quick and responsive, less than a few days we got a reply and less than a week the parts were shipped. The bike has a lot of power if that's what your looking for.

This bike was delivered with incorrect packaging, and battery issue, BUT the customer service was great and all issues were resolved. Love the Heybikes, this was our second purchase! No issues with the first purchase btw, why we came back for another!

After ordering the eBike I had to return it unopened. The process of returns through Amazon is always convenient. Dealing with Hey Bike personnel was unnerving in returning the bike that had never been taken out of the box. They offered financial incentives to keep the bike, re-sell or give to a 'relative'. Unbelievable! They did not answer my questions in a timely manner and seemed determined the return would be on 'their terms'. I am thankful I returned the eBike, because if I ever had a concern/issue I don't think it would be resolved with this company.

This bike is perfect for beginners like myself but if you're experienced rider thats even better. This bike is so easy to get on and off. I had a small problem and and Lily from customer service dealt with me directly the whole time until everything was right. Very fast and extremely pleasant to talk to. Thanks Lily!

This foldable electric heybike is the best bicycle I ever had , at 61 years old and 6.1 tall and 180 lbs, for me is exellent ,easy to ride ,very comfortable seat and on the uphills it help me alot ,I don't have to put any effort just use the throttle and the bicycle does the rest , I like to use it on the bicycle path on the beach and there are some hills on it , no problem for the heybike and with the fat tires I feel more stability , I love to use it on the dirt roads ,feels great ,I usually ride it for two hours with pedal assist and only use two bars of the battery , I really enjoy riding this bicycle ,

Very satisfied with my purchase. The EBike is solid and has lots of extra features for the price. The seller was amazing even sent me free shorter seat post. Highly recommend.
