My Mother and I had a HORRIBLE time getting this assemble! The instructions SUCK! In order for this to be STABLE, it needed the zip ties. 110 is not enough, and I will have to purchase more. I won't recommend this product, and HOPE it'll hold the kittens we are bringing in from outside.

Very disappointed in the sturdiness of this. It was very difficult to hold it together to build it. My husband had to use zip ties on all the corners or it fell apart. I would not recommend this to anyone. Very very disappointed in it. It took FOUR HOURS to put this together!! Every joint had to be zipped tied. Sorry I put it altogether or I would definitely send it back!! NOT WORTH THE MONEY!

And that a ton of zip ties is needed to keep it together. That is just not true, but the manufacturer must be listening because hundreds of zip ties are included now. This thing, when setup correctly is very sturdy. But it is not easy to install properly. Look at my photo of the connectors. I circled one connection in red where the metal corner is not fully seated in the plastic connector. Compare that to the green circle where the metal corner is fully seated into the plastic connector. To get it fully seated you really have to push hard (sometimes harder than I am capable of even though I am pretty strong). Or instead of pushing they include a fancy mallet/hammer. Use that hammer a lot. If you aren’t breaking some plastic connectors you are not doing it right. they give you a bunch of extra connectors so don’t be too shy with that hammer. If you find something just won’t fully seat - then use the included zip ties. Just zip tie the two metal walls together near the plastic connector. Sometimes it is hard to get the hammer hitting at the right angle, that is what the zip ties are for.Once you have this setup correctly it’s is a huge amount of space for the price. A great value. Our family has a cat that can no longer control their bowels so this space gives her a large are to play in when no one is home to watch her.The only downside is that the doors don’t include any sort of latch/lock so you will need to tie the doors closed after putting your pet in there.

Not easy to put together. It fell apart with slight shifting. I works for small kittens, but really needs zip ties at every snap in section and angle.

I think that if I didn’t have some experience building a similar enclosure this would have been a bit of a struggle. To me it’s not how it started but how it ends up and in the end this is a very nice enclosure. I have 2 indoor cats that are obsessed with looking out the window and I have been wanting to build a catio for a long time. When I saw this it seemed like the perfect answer. It is pretty sturdy and feels solid enough that I don’t worry about if falling down but with that being said one of my cats is huge. He tends to cause the platforms to bend down, so it just isn’t built for a bigger animal. I would say probably older 15ish pounds would be fine. My big boy pushes it to its limits.

Nice size cat play den, I don’t think 3 cats would fit but 1 or 2 can play without issue. Love that it still feels like they have ample room.
