Q: how the wireless pump work? does it use batteries?

Dear customer, the water pump is not battery-driven, so it doesn’t require battery replacements. Working similarly to an iPhone wireless charger, the power supply to the pump is located at the base of the water fountain; As soon as we plug in the pet water fountain and place the water pump at the surface of the base part, water flows. Additionally, the whole water pump is detachable and convenient to water wash.

Q: Can this work off the charger or must it stay on the charger to work and if so about hour long does it stay charged?

Dear customer, you have to plug in the water fountain for the power supply. Once the wireless pump is placed on the fountain base, it will be powered up and function. This works the same way as a wireless phone charging pad.

Q: Does this have filter replacement reminder?

Dear customer, the purple light flashing indicates it's time to replace the filter. Please see the video attached below as a reference.

Q: How often do the filters last? Are the filters expensive?

Dear customer, we recommend you should replace the triple-layer filter every four weeks if you have more than one fur kid in your household sharing the fountain. If there is more than one pet, and if there is a noticeably decreased water flow, a slimy feel, and(or) increased debris, it'd be best to clean the water fountain more frequently. The filters are affordable and now available for purchase in our store.
