I'm not confident in this product's claims... when it's English writing on the label is so bad.However, my first use yields a fresh and cooling scalp.It smells like spicy grass (jalapeño) and it claims to be made of essential oils and Epsom salts.I'll update after a few uses, if my opinion changes.

This is a hard review to write because this shampoo is so not fun to use. My husband has eczema on his scalp and has been trying to use this shampoo for about a month now but it is hard to use consistently because it doesn't feel like shampoo. It smells like tea tree oil and herbs (super medicinal ones!) and goes on super watery. I have used it myself and it tingles and feels good on the scalp, but I want to wash it out so I don't smell like a pharmacy for the rest of the day.After three days of using just this shampoo, I didn't see any difference in my husband's red patches on his scalp, but I don't think either of us has used it consistently enough to say that it offers any relief to the eczema or itchiness. The good news, I can say that at least it doesn't irritate in any way.

I used for the first time today and so far it seems to be working well. I get an itching near the hairline on my neck and had a prescription expensive shampoo to use as needed. I ran out and couldn't get it refilled so I decided to try this one. For the price of about $10 I am impressed so far. It actually lathers and spreads good making it easy to use. The scent is not overwhelming good or bad, so that's a plus too. I will continue to use it twice a week and see how the long term use goes.

So while this is advertised as a shampoo the bottle is not labeled as a shampoo. This is more like a scalp treatment. The consistency is not that if a shampoo but very watery. It has the smell of the tar shampoo that you would use for itchy scalp. The scent goes away after a couple of hours. Since it is so watery its better to wash your hair with your regular shampoo then use this after. There are no instructions included so I left jt on for about 5 min then rinsed. It does lather up nicely though. It has a slight tingly cooling sensation so there must be some type of menthol in the ingredients. The ingredients listed do not match the ad. It's kinda u clear what exactly is in the product. It was not made in the US so I guess they don't have to list all the ingredients. I don't know. I'm not sure I noticed any major differences after using for several days. I have long thick hair but even just using enough to coat my scalp the bottle doesn't last very long. I would suggest getting a real tar shampoo.

Great product loved the way it cleared my scalp

This is a strange shampoo. Firstly, "Shampoo" isn't listed anywhere on it. It's a milky texture, but once applied to wet hair, lathers and feels like any shampoo would. The instructions indicate to leave it in the hair after massaging for five minutes. After this time, I can feel the effects of the herbs... possibly menthol, as it's a chemical cool feeling. Menthol is known to help remove dandruff, and also act against the fungus that causes dandruff. The shampoo is comfortable to use.The ingredients list seems to be repeated several times, is incomplete (i.e. usually in the US a dandruff shampoo would be labelled as a drug, with a list of ingredients). There are ingredients listed on the product page which aren't on the bottle labelling.There's a plug under the cap which needs to be removed before the shampoo can be dispensed.This is manufactured in the UK.

You need to use this a few times for it to be effective. I usually get the prescribed one and that works on the first use but with this one, I had to use it at least four times for it to work and you need to keep using it weekly at least for it to continue to rid you of dandruff and dry scalp issues. The shampoo is easy to use and it doesn't burn or hurt when used.

This shampoo does a great job to help relieve itching. Works better than expected. I already bought another one! I highly recommend!
