Great tri-band performers!
These antennae, while slightly shorter than the other tribanders, measure and perform better on my Baofeng UV5X3s.Highly recommended.

Nice but need a BNC option
Nice but wish they made it with BNC connector. Apparently it is very hard to find an Aviation Band antenna with BNC connector for Icom radios. Tested radio out and it seemed to get good reception.

The media could not be loaded. I give these tri band antennas a 10 out of 10some slight trimming was necessary as with any antennaI was able to key up the N1VT 220 repeater in rutpert vt about 35 miles away with 3 wattson my 6 watt tri band radio I have to run 6 watts with the luiton tri band antennasIm replacing all my triband antennas to this design

It did not work at all.
The media could not be loaded. Antenna arrived bent in a circle and never straightened itself out again. It says it's tuned to airband, but as you can see in this video, I am trying to access ATIS and it won't receive anything. The cheap antenna the Baofeng BF-F8HP PRO comes with has way better reception that this one. It could be that I got a bad one, but I don't really want to try another one. This one is going back for a refund.

Good buy for the $$$…
Arrived in time and undamaged. Fits just fine too. It comes with a rubber grommet so be careful you don't lose it during opening the package. Receives well on AIRCRAFT bands.
