I love high waisted shorts that cover my butt and these are it. I have searched and searched for something like these and now I have found them. I initially went with a smaller size and had to size up because I have a bigger butt so make sure you size correctly. These shorts are also relatively thick so I do like that as well. If you wear them while being very active, they will stretch out around the thighs so but then they go back to normal after being washed. Probably not the best shorts to do squats in if you are looking for stability but they are perfect lounge shorts.

This is just what I was looking for. They are substantial, not floppy or synthetic, sporty without being too short or too long, terrific fabric, love that they have pockets. What a lifesaver during my recovery after upper leg surgery!I have super skinny legs so they are never my strong suit. These leg openings will look too big if you also have skinny legs. In my case, I wanted them for post op recovery period. My husband said "those leg holes look huge". I know I'll never have attractive legs that show off well. If you have shapely or muscular legs, there should be plenty of leg room for you! Still, I enjoy them a lot!

I like these a lot more than I expected! The ratings questions are on if they're flattering, stretchy or for workign out and for those reasons I say no! But for lounging around and having big pockets that hold my key and airpods, YES!! I really like these. They fit well, aren't too tight and dont' feel like they'll fall apart too soon. Comparing them to the lululemon lounge shorts, they're not quite as soft or long lasting quality but they're a third the price and lets me have colors I wouldn't get otherwise! So I really like them! For the $20-30 range of clothing these are great and better than target or walmart quality.

I was looking for sweat shorts to wear to physical therapy after hip replacement surgery, and I ordered multiple brands/styles to try. This was the perfect pair for me. Being only 5-4 and curvy, if shorts are too long or roomy, I look like I've tied a sack around my waist. These are the right length and not tight but not too baggy -- perfect to be flattering to my figure. I will definitely order these in more colors now that I found the correct size.These run small for me. I'm 5-4 and a curvy 130 lbs, and I usually would wear a size small. My waist is a good 10 inches smaller than my hips, for reference, so I sometimes do need to size up in pants so they will go over my hips and that was the case with these shorts. Based on my measurements and this sizing guide, I first ordered an XS, but it was way too small. I couldn't get them over my upper thighs. I returned those and ordered a medium, guessing that I needed to size up 2 sizes, and that turned out to be the right size for me. There is some stretch to these, but not a lot at the waist band. So keep that in mind when considering your own shape!

I purchased the gray shorts, I love love love them. So I purchased 5 more colors all the same size, but returned for all differnt sizes to fit my body. The blue color is a bit smaller than the gray and the heather white, the black ones fit an entire size smaller. I returned that pair and purchased them in a larger size. The moss green is a bit smaller like the light blue color I purchased. The majority of the shorts I purchased, and I got about 6 differnt colors, are mostly medium. I do think its all based on the color shorts you purchase, they are all made different. I do workout, and I am very fit and muscular all over, I have a very round muscular ass, that aslo could be why they all fit differently on me. Other than that they are very comfy shorts. I also wash and dry them before I try them on so I know they will still fit as they should.

The waist fit well, thigh area was too tight, and the middle puffed out.

Love these shorts. I have the lulu ones and they are VERY similar in fabric and design/style. The only difference is size...I do believe these run SLIGHTLY smaller. I'm usually a medium (8 in Lulu) and these are slightly small. They fit. I ordered a Medium, but a large would have probably been a little better and more comfortable. Highly recommend though, just consider ordering one size up.

so my roommates dog chewed up my fav shorts and i’m VERY picky about my shorts and the color too but these are PERFECT. Def met my expectations and will be purchasing more colors. Also, i go jim so i have quads on me and these fit both my waist and quads so nicely, not too tight or oversized but just right
