PowerStep Insoles, Pulse Performance, Running Shoe Pain Relief Insert, Athletic Arch Support Orthotic for Women and Men (M 3-3.5, F 5-5.5)

Our daughter’s podiatrist recommended this brand. We had been getting footbeds made at the running store for twice as much and they were not as effective. Our family has all switch to this brand. Provided the right support!

I purchased this as it was recommended to me by the powerstep rep. I stand on a concrete floor for work, and this was recommended because it has more “cushion.” This is a very uncomfortable powerstep version. The extra “cushion” is firm, a poron material that gives good bounce back/ shock absorption for running, but as a result is TERRIBLE for standing at work. These insoles would be good for running or hiking, any activity where shock absorption is needed. I do NOT recommend them for standing at work. Ouch! The blue pinnacle powerstep has a softer foam with more give, and thus is more comfortable. However, I was looking for a powerstep insole that had more cushion in the heel, but still maintained the neutral arch support. So the hunt continues. The blue powerstep pinnacle is truly amazing, and I highly recommend that one. It cured my plantar fasciitis. However, it does not have enough cushion for standing, so if you’re on your feet 8-10 hours a day, your feet may get sore especially in the heel area. The benefits still outweigh the cons however, and I will stick with my blue powerstep pinnacles until I find a better version for me… or until powerstep creates a pinnacle version insole with the neutral arch support and a heel cushion. Maybe one day.

These were recommended by my podiatrist instead of custom insoles. They have been an absolute miracle! Before getting these I must have tried 25 other insoles, but these are amazing! They hold up to standing on my feet all day, playing softball and working at a horse farm. Highly recommend! I even got my boyfriend to buy a pair and they saved his feet too!!

After getting through the initial break in period, these insoles are very comfortable to wear all day long especially while being active!

I bought these to help with pain in my toes when I ran/walked. They worked. This is my 4th pair. I take them to the store when I buy new shoes and try on the shoes with the new liner. It really helps. Takes the pressure off my toes.

Great support and comfortable. I have enough inserts to put into all my shoes. These work great!

I have had plantar fasciitis for a couple months and heel pain that kept me from completing my day. I can’t tell how much these have helped. I swear I’m on my feet more now then before (12000-13000 steps) without any pain. They are my god sent. I will be buying for my other shoes. Thku to my doctor for suggesting these and for the makers of course !!!!
