Perfect for adding a Z axis on a Langmuir systems plasma table
The quality is very good, works perfect. I did change to a Nema 17 motor for my application, I didn't need the torque or the extra weight of the 23.In the questions and answers some one asked if a Nema 17 would fit and the seller they said No, well it does because the top plate is milled and drilled for both. Maybe they said no because you do need the shaft adapter, the ball screw is turned down for a Nema 23 and the 17 has a smaller shaft. You need a 5mm to 8mm shaft coupler sold on Amazon UPC 665268871146 $7.99 for two of them.

Worth every penny.
Great value for the money. A little lighter duty than I expected but that’s more on me than the component. It takes a lot for me to give a 5 star. This would be about 4 1/2.

Ok for low-precision work, but looks better than it performs.
When I received this it seemed like a pretty good value, but it’s kind of a dog. I’m using it for a coil winding traverse so I need a reasonable level of precision. After trying for hours to figure out why it could not seem to do the same thing twice with the same code, I realized it has about 0.01” of backlash. Dealing with it in software for now. But I could probably get better repeatability with a couple of nuts and a piece of threaded rod.

Great product!
It is very useful in some of my projects . It also looks to be very sturdy in the way it is made.

Was hoping quality control would be a bit better, would probably work well for non-precision parts.
Ballscrew and linear guide were very dirty and covered in metal shavings. The ballscrew has quite a few imperfections, most notably a chunk missing near the bottom that catches if the axis comes to the end of its travel. Seems like products like this can be very hit or miss, but on the upside there is no discernible backlash or play when the bearing is in a location without imperfections.

Well Built works like it is designed.
I really like this ball screw linear slide axis system. I am going to use it on my Z-Axis for my DIY CNC Plasma cutter. For the money and the time spent sourcing parts i think this is a fair deal. of course mass production verses retail prices it should be a little cheaper but for me It is a fair price. I will buy more if I need them.

No angular contact bearing
Light weight, certainly not for CNC milling machine, there is no bearing at drive end, relying on motor bearing to do all the work. Floating bearing at dead end is loose on shaft. It’s probably fine for light weight 3D printer or engraving. Shaft material is soft and easily machined so it would wear easily in hobbyist applications other than mentioned. This seller was very easy to work with no problems.

Seems to be really well constructed
Bought this to use for a DIY CNC plasma table Z axis. So far, the construction seems to be really good quality and the movement is as smooth as I would expect
