Solid Oak Extending Dining Table And Four Kelsey Leather Chairs With Solid Oak Legs Dining Set (With Brown Chairs)

The table is built with good solid oak wood but the engineering to open and close the table is poor. The sliding mechanism which opens the table to allow the fitting of the extension piece is misaligned. It is difficult to open and the only way to close it is to slam it shut. In addition, I had to do several adjustments to align the chair front legs but I am pleased with the result, the leather is good and the chairs are comfortable. The only reason I kept the table is because I will not use the extension very often. I could not recommend this product unless you have reasonable DIY skills.I noted the other reviews before I purchased, perhaps I just have a rogue version !!

This is a fantastic table and chairs. After many hours of searching for a table and chairs we found this set to be far better quality than what we saw in all of the shops. The table is solid wood and is a lovely colour showing the natural grains in the wood. Its a great size extending from 4 to 6. The extending piece fitted perfect. The chairs are the best we have seen. Really comfortable and look great. Very stylish and great quality. They are chunky and quite heavy. Would definitely recommend this as one to buy. My best buy of the year. The quality is second to none!! 10/10

A really nice dining suite, lovely quality, easy to assemble,good value for money. Delivery was quick but I felt so sorry for the guy who delivered it. I live in an upper maisonette and the delivery had been allocated as a 1 man delivery so the poor guy brought all the suite up 4 lots of steps to my home. He was a very nice guy and just got on with trying to manage the very large and heavy boxes (3) on his own. This apparently is down to the seller and not the transport company, I think this is really unacceptable.
