I purchased this because often i find myself holding my phone or ipad against my stomach. I thought this would be a good way to limit EMF exposure. I tested it by using an EMF meter I had purchased as well, and in fact it does work. When i set the meter on top of my phone and touched the phone, all the lights on the meter flashed.. When i put the apron over the phone and did the same thing, the meter only slightly reacted.. So it went from reaching red to just flickering green/yellow.. So i do feel that it was a good purchase.I also agree with another reviewer, i wish the tie on it was a little stronger, so it would stay in position better.

I also have an EMF meter. I set it down at a distance where it showed that the electrical field was at a danger level, then I put this apron between the meter and the floor lamp. The EMF reading immediately dropped to zero. The same happened with a magnetic field reading as I tried this on several different EMF-emitting devices. The thin ties for the apron are made of a slick ribbon, and I sometimes had trouble tying this tightly enough not to slip during movement.

It’s my go to. I can finally not be so anxious when I go out since it reduces the amount of exposure on my lil one

The material of this EMF protection cloth is extremely thin, pretty much just a sheet of cloth. It was able to block radio waves when I placed it over an analog radio, but questionable as to whether it can block EMF. When I placed my cell phone underneath, I was still able to receive calls on my phone and didn't remove any interferences in the static noise response I always get on my radio when I put my radio on top of my laptop and then proceeded to wrap this protection cloth around the laptop. Gimmicky at best, use at your own risk because the worst is being exposed to something you're trying to avoid because you have a false sense of security that you're getting proper protection. I don't recommend this for EMF protection.
