Hydration & energy
I’ve been using these since giving birth, and they’ve been fantastic. They’ve really helped keep my energy levels up and maintain hydration, which has been great for breastfeeding. Part of my daily routine now
This is by far the best tasting electrolyte brand I’ve tried. It has become a part of daily routine as I drink one pouch per day. Tastes great without being too sweet or sour and the low sugar content makes in lower carb. Soft, powdery texture thay dissolves easily when mixed. Great value for money spent as well as great health benefits.

It was good but taste funny and it takes a while to dissolve but the ingredients are great

This was my first time trying this product. I do enjoy the sweet and salty but I would advise to add more water to have the sweetness because the salt does take over. I want to try more flavors!
