UNCOMFORTABLE, DIFFICULT TO BREATHE
Snoring is a very personal thing, as is the choice of solutions out there. However, if you know or suspect that your snoring is caused by a blockage of the epiglottis, i.e the back of the tongue, narrowing the airway when you sleep, this may work by moving the lower jaw forward to open things up. It seems to be a cheaper copy of more expensive branded solutions available. The issue with this type of device, is that it can feel a bit abnormal to force your jaw forward and slightly open, and I also found that this particular product is that it only has a small airway, meaning if you can't breathe easily through your nose, this is not really going to work.If this is happening, then the better solution is to probably look for a mouth guard that has a bigger breathing hole, and/or a nasal opening solution.

How do you know which side is for upper or lower jaw?
I pondered the issue of which side of the 'tray' as the instructions refer to it was for my upper jaw. It is moulded so there is a difference... Yet there is no indication as to which side is which. In the end I guessed, but upon moulding the 'tray' I did not realise it was off centre. In hindsight it would have helped to have done the task in front of a mirror. Anyhow, I had ead the instructions, which assured me the 'tray' could be remoulded if it was not right/comfortable so I was not too worried about getting it right first time. When I had set the 'tray' in cold water it became a more comfortable temperature in my mouth. It then became apparent to me that it was not central in my mouth, and there was excess 'tray' in my right cheek. The next day, I tried to remould the 'tray' but it split, and another section was pulling away, as if melting and I decided it was not safe to put in my mouth whilst sleeping. I am dissapointed, because, I had good results from a similar item made for me by a Dental Hospital. This item was to replace the old mouth guard that had worn out after 2/3 years of succesful use. If I manage to get a refund, I would consider purchasing again BUT would definately mould it ONCE, and check that the 'tray' is centrally located before moulding it, as , in my opinion, it is not re-mouldable. By the way, which is the top side: Can the manufacturer add instructions?

Sort of works....
It did seem to reduce the snoring quite a bit, but is fairly uncomfortable to wear - it does make your teeth ache a little bit, but the main problem for me was the fact that it seemed to dry my mouth out, so I felt that I was swallowing a lot more ... I've decided to try a spray, and come back to this if the spray doesn't work.

amazing
amazing its stopped my snoring, heat it up, put it in your mouth, push your jaw forward past your top teeth to create an under bite, let it cool down to set. that's it, done.only works for snorers where your jaw sits back and closes your throat when you sleep.

Peace at last......(almost)
I was sceptical at first that this would make any difference, but at the price, it wasn't a great loss if it didn't. I snore whether on my back, side or stomach, so I had to try something, as my ribs were beginning to hurt from elbow rash.....Although uncomfortable at first use, you do get used to it. It does however make you salivate like a hungry dog outside the butcher's window for twenty minutes or so, until your mouth gets used to it. Imagine my suprise though, when my wife informs me that I have only snored twice since using it over the last month. Both occasions I have been laid flat on my back so it's not a cure, but a vast improvement over what I was doing. Give it a try, what have you to lose?

Doesn't work
We didn't know how to place in mouth, no reference to upper or lower jaw. Then my husband tried it but it didn't work, he still snored and the annoying thing with it he can't speak or breathe properly. A total waste of money

Still no luck
Despite it's claims, this product failed miserably in all areas. It is very uncomfortable and prevented me from sleeping soundly despite several attempts with it. As for snoring, no change there. I may be looking for a new place to sleep!
