Didn't receive first order wanted for Thanksgiving contacted seller resent didn't get till 3 weeks later. Cookies are delicious but not worth the wait.

Objective review: prompt shipping by seller. It's not the seller's fault that it takes a while to ship from the UK to my home in the US and clear customs. It was packaged very well so the cookies were in as good a shape as anyone can reasonably expect, given the circumstances. Although I didn't need it personally, the seller included a slip of paper to remind the customer that the UK writes dates as day/month, unlike the US where dates are month/say, in order for American customers to act appropriately regarding the expiration dates. I was impressed by the sense of responsibility to the consumer reflected in this little touch. I've bought these three times and have been satisfied with my purchase and experience each time.Subjective review: I think these cookies kick ***. I bought these initially because they were mentioned in Doctor Who and I was curious, and I wasn't disappointed at all. They're a little crumbly, which I could see being a drawback for some folks. I don't drink much coffee, but I imagine they'd be really good with a cup.Keep in mind that these are junk food. Neither their original packaging nor the description on Amazon advertises them as super high quality artisanal cookies. They're about the same quality as Oreos or Chips Ahoy or similar cheap cookies that you'd buy in a US grocery store. But for what they are, I think they're really good.
