Needed a new vertical laptop stand as my old one will not fit my 2023 16" MacBook Pro. It has only been a few days so can't really review long term quality yet. The design and initial quality I can - and they are both great. Laptop fits well, stand is well padded to protect the laptop, and it holds it much better than any other stand I have seen. Good design!

I have two different gravity laptop stands that I use regularly. This one is my SECOND favorite for a few reasons. I prefer the one made by Elestoria (ASIN: B0BL235699) and it's a tiny bit cheaper too.The main complaint I have with this one is the spring is too strong. Even a sturdy laptop like a Dell XPS15 isn't heavy enough to cause it to clamp without pushing it down. My wife's super lightweight HP is useless with this one. It's so light that it just lifts back up and is at risk of falling out.If you have a heavier laptop (like a 17" or a big macbook) it's probably fine. But I'd recommend the Elestoria over this one for anything else.

This vertical laptop stand is nice. I like that it holds a cell phone at the same time as the laptop and will hold my tablets and kindle when not holding the laptop (and I can put in more than one tablet at a time). Good design and quality. Love the silver finish. Just put the laptop in and it adjusts without having to screw or tighten anything. Due to the nature of vertical storage, if the laptop were bumped, it could be knocked over, so be sure to put it in a place that is unlikely to experience disturbance. I like that it takes so little space and looks good on my desk.

I have another laptop stand that has to be adjusted to your laptop's thickness using an Allen wrench, which is fine, but you have to keep up with the Allen wrench. This laptop stand, however, adjusts to any size laptop just by putting your computer in it, and is very easy to use. It has an Eiffel Tower kind of shape once your laptop is in it, which is a cool design element. It also has a silicone covered phone ledge on either side, which I use to keep my phone in view while I'm working. It's weighted well and I do not worry that it will tip over. So far I love it!

I recently bought a bigger monitor for work. Before I was using a smaller monitor and my MacBook as a second monitor but now my newer one is bigger I don’t need to use the MacBook anymore. I’ve seen other people setups where they just put theirs in a stand so I searched for one that seemed nice and chose this. It works great and looks great. I like the size seems adjustable depending on what you put. I put my MacBook Pro in and it gently closed and secured my laptop nicely. I love it and looks great. Will update if anything changes.

This vertical laptop stand has a very elegant and simple design that works quite well. The design is very clever, where the weight of the laptop causes the sides to compress in gently. It manages to hold the laptop in place well, and there are pads to prevent scratching and slippage. The base is wide enough to prevent the laptop from tipping over. I’ve been looking for a vertical stand for my laptop for a while, and this is by far the nicest design I have come across. No manual adjustments needed - the laptop slips in and out of the stand easily, but is held in place well. It is made of substantial metal that is well finished - and looks good. Even the packaging is nicely done. I’ve found my ideal stand.

When this stand arrived, I was already surprised at the packaging. The cardboard was thick and the unboxing was an indication of the quality I should be expecting with the dock. I wasn't sure what to expect with a "gravity" dock, but once I got it and started playing with it, it made sense. Even though it's marketed for an apple product, I used my HP laptop in my home office just fine. The gravity feature is essentially a hinging mechanism that uses gravity to close the side grippers in order to keep the laptop vertical. I'd imagine this would work with all kinds of different width laptops. Very impressed and managed to get some space back on my desk.

Really nice item that doesn’t rely on being used in a specific laptop. You can use any laptop and the weight of the laptop closes the sides. This secures the laptop in place and virtually saving precious desk space.

ノートパソコンをクラムシェルモードで利用するにあたり、スタンドとしてこちらの商品を購入しました。クラムシェルモードではノートパソコンを開いてから電源を入れる必要があるため、必然的にスタンドからのノートパソコンの出し入れが多くなることから、幅調整が不要の重力ロック式のものを購入するスタンドの必須条件とし、その中でも見た目がキレイだったこちらの商品を買うことに決めました。見た目ですが、正直、外側のシリコンはテープでくっつけているみたい（無理やり剥がさない限りは外れないようにはくっついています）なので、思っていたよりチープには感じてしまいました。重力ロックはしっかり機能しており、非常に出し入れがしやすいです。熱がパソコン内に籠らないよう半開き状態でセットできるのもすばらしいと思います（自分は閉じた状態でスタンドにセットした後、パソコンを開いて、半開きの状態で使用しています。開きにくいとかもありません。）。スタンド自体は横幅があり、しっかりした作りなので、15.6インチのパソコンでもド安定です。値段がもう少し安ければ、おすすめしやすい商品かなと思います。

Macのアルミニウムボディに良く似合う仕上がりのスタンドです。手首が楽になるのと、PC筐体からの放熱性が高くなるので動作が安定します！とくにGPUモデルの発熱はひどいので、重宝しています。

ノートブックの保管に良いかなと思い注文使ってみた感じ　安定はしてます。　変わった特徴もなく　良い製品だと思います。こんなコメントで申し訳ないです。

カラー刷りの化粧箱に入ってて、高級感があります。品物の質感もかなり良いです。アップルストアで売ってても違和感ないと思います。閉じておく場合、底面にくるラバーが厚めの円弧形状でPCの厚みに合わせて可変します。底面ラバーあっても一部しかフィットしないというそういう問題は皆無です。クラムシェル利用もできるのがいいですね。半開き状態の置き方も一応は可能。ただ、この置き方でものすごく気になる点があります。それは挟み込み部分がキーボード面とぶつからないかという心配。挟み込み部分は内側こそ保護ラバーがありますが、外側はありません。その外側の金属部分が、PC内側に当たるか当たらないかというギリギリまで接近してしまう場合がります。13インチのMacBook Proで、キーボード側は1mmくらいの隙間です。高さがない11インチモデルだとおそらく干渉するでしょう。なお、液晶側は厚みが薄いためかまだ余裕はありました。挟み込み部分の外側は、テープが何かで養生した方が良いかもですね。挟み込み部分をもう少し低くしたりとか、設置幅を広げるとか内側に湾曲させたりなどの対策があった方が良い気がします。13インチはぎりぎりでしたが、14〜15インチクラスなら、悪くないかなと思います。ちなみにMacBookのクラムシェルモードは、基本的に外部モニタ、外付けキーやマウスを繋いだ状態で液晶部分を完全にたたんで使用することを指すようです。アップルのWebページでも解説されています。これ完全にたたむので内蔵モニターは通電しませんし、OSからも外付けモニターがメインになります。ですが、キーボード面に蓋をするので放熱はかなり悪くなります。クラムシェルモードを多用した場合、機種によっては内蔵SSDの故障が増えるようです。発熱する割に放熱対策のない部品ですし、しかも最近は基板直付けばかりですからね。一方、このスタンドで提唱されてる半開き的な置き方をした場合、キーボード面に空間ができるので放熱はマシにはなります。モニターは外付けと合わせて２台認識されてしまいますが。でもこういう置き方が積極的にできるスタンドは貴重です。ちなみに液晶半開き状態でも、擬似的に純粋なクラムシェルモードを使うことができます。百均にあるようなネオジム磁石で行えます。MacBookの場合、多くはキーボードの左右端あたりに磁気を検知するセンサーがあります。液晶パネルの対応する位置には磁石が埋め込まれててそこがついたり離れたりして、開閉検知しています。そのセンサーがある辺りにネオジム磁石を当てると、開閉動作をだますことができます。成功した場合、液晶を閉じた時と同じ動作になるはずです。そもそも閉じた扱いになるので、多分内蔵キーボードやTouch IDセンサー、トラックパッドも使用できないと思います。なのでキーやマウスは外付けが必須になります。このスタンドは半開きクラムシェルが積極的にできるケースとして優秀と思いました。しかし、挟む部分のてっぺんがPC本体面に干渉することで、傷が入らないかという心配はあります。プラスチック製ならさほど気にならないですが、結構しっかりしたアルミ製なので、不安になりました。この懸念がなければ最高評価でした。

アルミ加工がきれいに処理されていて、デザインも MacBookを意識してシンプルに仕上がっています。PCの厚みさえ収まっていればMacBook以外でも使えます。シリコンでしっかりPCを挟んで安定性もよいです。
