To be honest, I was expecting at the very least, some weight loss. Nothing. I purchased the 3 bottle plan feeling confident that these would help with weight loss. Not at all. The only thing they have going for them is good taste. They taste good, kinda like candy. I hate to give a bad review but I feel people need to know and don't waste your money like I did.

Doesn’t do what is says. I have had other gummies like this from amazon which actually worked for slow weight loss. They don’t carry it anymore so tried these and they do absolutely nothing.

I've been eating these like candies or gummies, two at a time twice a day and I'm uncertain if i feel any difference or there is any impact to me. It's been a month or so, and I'm not noticing any results. It could have some sort of impact, but nothing that I find value in.

These do have sugar in them, so I can't rate them super high. When I see the word "keto" in description, I assume that there is no sugar in it, since that can take you out of ketosis. I guess they can say that because it is low carb. If you are trying to find a way to regularly take ACV and you don't mind a little sugar in your diet, these are a good choice. They taste great - you can definitely taste the tanginess of ACV but it doesn't burn like straight ACV in water does.I take ACV to reduce my glucose spikes and I'm not sure if this will really do that. But if you want ACV gummies, these are certainly a good bargain.

These don't work at all, not even a pound of weight loss. Might as well take a gummy vitamin instead. That's $60 flushed down the toilet, especially since they are not refundable.

These appear to be made with good ingredients, but I'm not keen on the sugars, which seems to undermine the keto aspect with 2 grams of sugar carbs. In any case, they seem to work at warding off the between-meal munchies. And I can certainly be happier with losing some belly fat. Just don't treat these gummies like candy. The label suggests not exceeding the 2 gummies per day serving.
