I bought this product originally on really good reviews. There were loads of them! I would never have bought them on these reviews so Amazon must have changed them! I take 2 three times a day & have really helped me. I have Diverticulitis & had a perforated bowel because of it. Since taking these & having less stress in my life have had no probs ever since - lots of wind though & although not very ladylike - necessary sometimes. I will continue to buy and would recommend. You just have to work out the best way to take them for you

I've just got back off holiday, so too late to return. These tablets have been giving me stomach pains and diarreah. At a dose of 5-10 a day they are very expensive, so beware of them.

Maybe it's just me,but they didn't seem to help,sorry
