Qubino Flush on/off thermostat Flush-Mounted EU Z-Wave Micro Module plus 1 Pack of ZMNHID1

Works well on paper, and seems well-made, but after a few weeks of being installed I started to get spurious temperture readings. The device would report temperatures in the region 40 or 50 degrees when the actual temperture was around 5 or 6. This would continue for a few hours until the device would start to work normally again. There seems to be no pattern to the behaviour. I tried different temperature sensors in case that was the issue, but it made no difference. I reported this to Qubino who immediately said that it must be a problem with my controller (Vera Lite). I decided to use a Z-wave packet sniffer to see if this was the case, and found that the Qubino itself was at fault. The decoded packets it was sending when in the faulty state contained abnormal tempertures that matched those that my controller was receiving.Qubino said they would investigate this but I have yet to have a fix. Maybe I have a faulty unit and it is a one-off problem? It is disappointing as I am using the device to control a heater as frost protection for a shed. When the Qubino is in the faulty state I lose the frost protection as it does not activate the heater, and there is the potential for the contents of the shed to fall below zero.

Fazit: Einfach einzubinden, solide, hochwertig, kompakt und durchdacht. Kaufen.Mit den Qubinos habe ich sehr gute Erfahrungen gemacht. So auch mit diesem. Controller in Hinzufügemodus schalten und Qubino mit Strom versorgen - schon wird er erkannt. Alternativ: Schalter anklemmen und dreimal hintereinander schalten.Dieses Thermostat verfügt über einen eigenen Temp.-Sensor und steuert darüber die Zielwerte über die eigene Hysterese an. Er kann als Schalter für Kühlung ebenso wie zum Heizen verwendet werden. Er schaltet beim Zielwert selbst ab und drunter (heizen) bzw. drüber (kühlen) wieder ein.Zusätzlich können weitere Inputgeber angeschlossen werden (Schalter, Rauchmelder usw.). Sogar externe Temp-Geber können eingebunden werden (müssen Zwave fähig sein).Neben d. Temp. wird auch der aktuelle Stromverbrauch gemessen - beides wird bei Veränderung aktualisiert. In den Z-Wave Eigenschaften lässt sich sehr viel einstellen und anpassen.Die Anleitung enthält sehr viele Informationen, welche einen ersteinmal erschlagen können. Die meisten davon betreffen Einstellungen, welche man nicht oder nicht sofort anpassen muss.Fhem unterstützt das Gerät vollständig. Die Einbindung ist easy. Ein externer Schalter wird nicht zwingend benötigt. Das Gerät lässt sich komplett auf Off stellen - war mir wichtig, damit da nicht plötzlich etwas losheizen kann.Wertiges und durchdachtes Gerät, bei dessen Kauf man nichts falsch macht.

Ottimo prodotto, il mio raspberry con Domoticz lo ha riconosciuto subito.Unica cosa la portata non molto alta (all'interno della casa non si passano i 10/15 metri)

Fonctionne bien mais pas intuitif et complexe à programmer, j ai failli le retourner.Dommage que qubino ne développe pas une interface simple avec plusieurs cas d utilisations, dans le mien c est pour faire une relève automatique pompe à chaleur vers fioul en dessous d une certaine température.J ai mis plusieurs jours à maîtriser le module via my Zipato.

Das Thermostat sollte in einer vorhandenen Elektoheizung eingebaut werden und über FHEM gesteruert werden.Das klappt mit diesem Thermostat wunderbar. Selbst wenn die Zentrale nicht verfügbar ist, regelt das thermostat die Temperatur selbst.Alle Daten können zum Beispiel in FHEM problemlos eingelesen werden.
