Weakest of the three novels
As a fan of the TV show I'm pleased I bought this, but I found it the weakest of the three Dark Angel novels. Essential though if you want continuity from the end of the TV show into 'After the Dark' (which is a MUST read book).

Excellent buy. Having been a fan of the TV series, these extra books just help to explain those burning questions. Always good to know the beginning and the end of a story - the TV series was like the middle.

Just like a logical authentic episode!
This book is a must for fans of DA who want to know what happened next. It is totally believable as the next episode after series 2 ends. The way it is written helps you visualise the scenes with clarity. The tone of the book is totally in keeping with the series (There are only the odd bits of dialogue here and there that you can't really imagine the character saying, but these are rare.) I had a mad DA phase (this occurs every couple of years!) and was so pleased to hear someone had written a book about what happens next! I was worried it would be terrible, a money making exercise, but the writer has done a fantastic job. Buy it, you won't regret it.

A Must For Fans Of Dark Angel
When the series Dark Angel was stolen from our screens, many fans of Dark Angel were left with too many questions and no-one to answer them. Then we were gifted with Dark Angel: Skin Game. This book is a MUST for fans of the Dark Angel series. It gives a viable taste of the world we had grown to love and a continuation of the characters we cherished. And even though it doesn't give out all the answers we were left with from the show, it is able to finally put several issues to rest. In short, if you, like me, loved Dark Angel, you NEED to read this book!

Disappointing
Probably one of the worst SF books I have ever read. Its only merit is that it provided a "what happens next" story and that is why I have given it one star. There was no effort at characterisation and this book would probably only appeal to a reader who already knows the characters and can therefore fill in the gaps. Clunky and horrible.
