Great quality for a very good price
I am very pleased with this purchase. The belt is excellent quality. There are no rough edges on the sides of the belt fabric. The finish on the buckle is nice. The coloring on the black color belt is consistent, with no faded spots. For the price, this is a great deal. I have seen similar style belts priced much higher from other sellers. The buckle is sturdy and the belt release lever works easily, backed up by a good spring. A note to people who don't read instructions: the belt came with simple instructions that do not explain how to undo the belt once it's on. I had it on and tightened when I realized I couldn't figure out how to get it untightened and off. This is my first ratcheting belt, so please forgive me. My adult daughter figured it out and saved me from myself. There is a small lever on the bottom right side of the buckle that must be pressed up towards the top of the buckle to undo the belt. She liked the belt so much, she ordered one in her size today. It does look somewhat tactical, so it wouldn't look right with dress clothes, but for work, duty/tactical use or other casual wear like jeans; perfect. The size chart in the listing was spot on. I highly recommend this belt.

Great belt - opens and shuts the fastest and easiest
My favorite belt so far. Unfastens quick and closes quick. The first belt I bought - the only downside to this belt is the fact that there are teeny tiny screws holding it together. You don’t even know it until you lose one. Then then buckle part will hang on just one screw. Do yourself a favor and unscrew it when you get it and superglue the screws back in and the belt will last forever. This is my second belt. The first one I lost the tiny screw I didn’t know existed, then in a pinch I rubber banded it on (right? ) planning to find the teeny tiny screw replacement, which I never got around to doing. Why are screws even necessary? I mean it’s not like I’m going to need to unscrew it for any reason. It was a dumb design idea. Glue the damn thing together and it will last forever.Update: the first belt I bought was solid metal. This second belt is hollow in that middle more like a metal frame and uses large screws that require a hex tool to take off

Go ahead. Buy it. You won't be disappointed!
I buy a ton of products off Amazon but don't write a ton of reviews. I have to say, this belt changed my life. Not to be hyperbolic, but for me, leather belts never quite got the job done for tactical use and battle belts are too bulky for everyday use, so what to do? After trying an el cheapo, saw good reviews and gave this one a try. Exceeded my expectations. Well made, heavy duty construction holds up to gun holster and straight knife, but thin enough to fit through standard belt loops, and unlike leather, It is infinitely adjustable with quick release. Time will tell how black buckle coating holds up but not mission critical for me.

Nice belt. A few little quirks. Overall quite functional
Well made quality belt. Ratchets don’t slip. Looks a feels good on. The release lever on top can be hard to reach. Especially when you are in full gear. Takes a bit of getting used to. Also if you are right handed? It needs to be looped on in the opposite direction that most belts are put on. One suggestion would be to put Velcro on the outer portion. This way it will secure to your duty belt.

WHAT'S THE RIGHT SIZE LENGTH?
When buying this product "don't look at size" = Instead; order it based off the total length. I wear 3x-4x and it suggested i buy 3x belt but it's T.L was 67" and the 2x was 61". My waist was 56.6".. Question is "how much over length you want and I want 4-5" so I ordered down and got 2x (BEST DECISON EVER)

Works like the expensive ones
I have expensive belts also, I think this one works just as good, yes itit flexes a little more, but really is that a big deal, not for me. Maybe it’ll last a little, who knows. But it feels good to wear, I hang multi tool flashlight knife gun and pepper spray all on my belt daily.

Great belt
Wish I would have found this when it came on the market. Much lighter and much more adjustable than my 1.5" leather belt. Impressed by the quality and features for the price.

Sturdy, easily adjustable, good price, looks great!
I bought this to replace an $80 leather belt that my dogs made into a chew toy. This one is definitely better. I teach industrial technology and robotics at a community college, I always have a tool pouch on my belt - this one handles it quite well.I also love the good looks and adjustability. Recently, at a state high school technology student conference, my son forgot to pack his dress belt for his slacks, so I loaned him this one. Even though my belt wrapped around his waist almost twice, the ratchet system allowed him to adjust it comfortably, and it looked great - no one picked up on the fact that it’s a tactical belt which is twice the size that he needed.Best point - my dogs don’t appear to have any interest in this one, so maybe I’ll get to keep it for a while.
