Switched from Asics Gel Kayano to these. Couldn't be happier. Unlike the Gel Kayano which constantly gave an odd feedback from its added support, the Brooks Adrenaline GTS 23 GuideRails support only provides supportive energy when I misstep. I tend to walk neutral but have occasional issues due to old knee injuries. On bad days, these are perfect support. And when my knees are strong and don't need added foot support, I don't feel as if I am fighting the shoe. That was a constant problem with the Aics. I can't speak for other feet type, but if you have a neutral gait and need occasional support due to other factors, these are perfect.

I’ve seen and heard of Brooks for some time now, and never considered buying because I’m a Nike Adidas guy lol. Boy was I sadly mistaken and missing out, the sneakers are the TRUTH, AND SPORTY!I’ve recently been diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitis and Fibromas, and feet flatter than pancakes lol! The arch support is second to none, and I purchased a second pair! If you’re on the fence like me, get off the spend the extra dough...
