Q: How are these for wide feet?

I don't wear an actual wide size shoe so I am not sure but my foot hangs over the side of some sandals whereas it does not do so on this sandal. I really love them. they are stunning.

Q: Can they be worn in water, like at the beach?

You could wear them to the beach but I would not recommend wearing them in the water.

Q: What kind of pantyhose can I wear with these sandals

Women don't normally wear panty hose with thong sandals. I've never heard of any that are made to wear like that. Sorry

Q: Is the insole/foot bed a cloth material, or PU leather?

It’s not cloth, it’s PU. They were very comfortable but the plastic between my toe was painful.
