AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!
this is my first Amazon review ever (after having spent so many of my husbands paychecks on Amazon. Haha). This company is dripping with excellence. I had a major problem with an order (not their fault at all but with the delivery) and they fully took care of the issue. highly highly recommend. And it is such a gorgeous Sherpa.bench! such a lovely company

Looks expensive, soft to the touch, hard to assemble
Love the look of this bench. Wish the interior were a bit deeper to hold more stuff. We can fit two blankets inside. This will certainly elevate the look of your space. It came in a box, mostly assembled, but getting the legs on was a lot harder than expected. Would definitely recommend!

Stylish but not Sturdy
I received the item with the legs unattached. You can’t attach the legs very tightly and I was really having trouble with one leg. The bench is super cute and modern but I had to return it. It wasn't an easy return process either. You have to reach out to the seller for a return label first, otherwise the return will cost you more than the bench itself.

Cute but not very sturdy
The legs came unattached, but for whatever reason you can’t attach them tightly. They keep loosening themselves up.
