High in protein
I recently learned that the protein intake for the elderly should be up to 90 mg a day. Since I do not like to eat meat and Chick pea powder is high in protein, I decided to add it to my daily (healthy) smoothies. The flavor is very mild, it produces no side effects. You can also make your own wraps with it and fill them with vegetables. Will order more!
