I am lululemon 4 and took suze 6, it fits me nicely but i have big bum and the color in this area goes lighter (not see through, just lighter) when squating because of the strech :D Probably with size 8 you would avoid this.

Q: Does the waist have an inside seem? Or an elastic?

Yes, there is an internal pull string to tighten and secure these in place. Completely squat proof!

Q: Hello, do these have any form of tummy control?

Sorry to say but no, it does not have. It is very comfortable and the elastic is very good at the top.
