First the good...The resolution and sharpness of the camera is excellent. The microphone works well. The built in speaker sounds good and is loud enough. The zoom and pan function works well with the remote. The included USB cable is quite long (more on this later) and comes with an adapter for USB-C or USB-A. The included remote is nice and can control the volume and also can hide the video or mute the microphone (or both). The auto-framing function also seems to work pretty well. It also comes with a separate power adapter that give the speakers a bit more volume, but is also capable of running solely over USB power.The bad...The USB-C cable that comes with this is almost 10' long -- which seems to be a bit problematic. With the cable that came with it, the camera gets sporadic USB errors on every USB3 or USB-C device I have tested it on. When plugged into an older USB2 port it actually works, but gets pops and crackles on the speakers. Since I switched over to a different, high quality 6' USB-C cable that I already had, it has worked perfectly every time. So, I either got a bad cable (doubtful, as it works over USB2) or either the included cable isn't shielded well enough to run USB3 over that long a distance or the actual USB controller in the camera itself may have noise issues.Additionally, the manual, if you can call it that, is almost microscopic and offers no actual instructions beyond naming what functions the buttons on the remote perform.One final thing would be to know that the auto-framing feature only works at 1920x1080 resolution or below and only at 30Hz. It will not work at either 2K resolution or 60Hz.So, while the camera itself is very nice, it sort of gives off a bit of a "not tested well enough" vibe. If you do get one, I advise you to test it out thoroughly using the included USB cable when you first receive it.All in all though, I do like the camera, I am just irritated that I essentially needed to supply my own higher quality USB cable to get it to operate reliably. That said, for the price it lists for, it should operate perfectly, but does not.

Very handy for hybrid meetings. Both the sound and vision work well.
