Super good briskets
Staple in our home. Used the original for 30 years or more. Recently we have family members who are sense to wheat, oats, and barely. So we all missed the briskets for breakfast and shortcake. This variety is very good. In some ways better because they are lighter and we like the flavor better. The one draw back is that they dry out faster than the original. Small inconvenience. We just make smaller batches or freeze the extra.

The Orginal is Vegan! Yeah!
As a vegan, I get sad that I just can't go to Perkins or other places to get pancakes. I saw on PETA's website that the original bisquick https://www.amazon.com/dp/B017XKJ1GS/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_22 is vegan, so I use what ever nut/seed mylks I fancy with it.Usually I just make pancake in a mug, which satisfies my pancake desires.Yes, there are some vegan restaurants in my area, but the availability of pancakes is usually only during weekend brunch, and are a bit expensive.Bisquick to the rescue! I add vanilla extract usually, sometimes pumpkin pie spice or just cinnamon or some sugar, fruit or chocolate chips.Yup, I can make it any time, and this size for one person lasts a while. I don't bake generally.
