Meh. Poor quality control unit.
The actual neck collar seems well made, it comes with two lengths of removable prongs and silicone covers to protect pup's skin.The manual is written in excellent EnglishThe power button is also the anti-shock lock and it broke within three hours of use.I have had to take it apart and repair it twice due to janky soldering - I should return it but ewaste bugs me.As regards the shocks. Levels 1-16. Level 2 was mildly unpleasant to me. 5 actually hurt. 16 is WAY too powerful for a dog or human unless you are completely inhumane.Not sure on the effectiveness as a training aid as yet. Trying to use it as a last resort.
