Q: Are they see thru or not good to wear out as shorts?

They are not see-through. I would not recommend wearing them out in public as shorts though as they are underwear.

Q: are these woth buying i wear a size 32-34 in boxers and i don't want them to be to big on me tho?

They are very stretchy. And have lasted me a long time. Still in great shape. I have a small butt, so the only thing I could say is if your butt and hip blessed you may want to size up.
