I wanted to get a battery powered reciprocating saw for my husbandwho manually saws small tree limbs in our yard. It is great. It is small and powerful. There is a vibration that someone might have to get used to.It is not meant to be for big jobs or four larger tree limbs.There are two batteries that come with it which is very convenient. It takes about an hour to charge and we get about 1/2 hour of sawing time.There is an LED light when is it when it is difficult to see perfectly.There are four sawblades for wooden metal. It is very easy to change another blade.I highly recommend this saw for light jobs. They are also at a great price

Great tool for small jobs

The media could not be loaded.  I was looking for a relatively inexpensive reciprocating saw for casual use. It also had to have a battery, since the locations I was planning on using it often doesn't have an electrical outlet close by.The Hychika reciprocating saw works perfectly for my needs.It comes with one battery pack, where I was wondering if it would be enough. So far it was always lasting the whole day, so there was never a problem with running out of juice. And even if the battery was ever low. The charging process is pretty quick with getting it up to over 2/3 capacity. (The battery has three indicator lights, showing how full the battery is)

Hychika saw comes with just Amazon's 30 day return policy. No Warranty, basically a throw away product if broken. Product has no phone support from Hychika, based not in the USA. My unit worked fine but was broken after a year, using it about 10 times and tried to contact Hychika. I found a support email in users manual. Sent email to support@hychika and they responded to my email. Let’s see what happens.

This saw works great holds a charge longer than a snap on . Hight speed plenty of power. This was my best purchase ever.

IT WORKED A LOT BETTER THAN EXPECTED. GOOD VALUE

This thing is a beast...I didn't want to spend a lot of money on something that won't get used very often, but this saw blew me away!....Very solid, very steady, very dependable...Came with two batteries and a charger, as well as a small selection of blades. I had to saw through a few exhaust pipes and it cut like butter, the job was done in no-time. Overall I am so impressed with this saw which, in my opinion is just as good as a $200 saw, for a fraction of the price. I would recommend this saw to everybody
