Purchased to shorten blackout curtains, but the adhesion was non-existent. Used a hot steam iron and took time for adhesion, but ended up having to pin everything, then sew.

This product does not work. It's not sticky, very flimsy and won't hem anything. I think the company just sent a cheap substitute instead of the real thing. Save your money.

I bought this tape because a pair of trousers I ordered were too long and rather than return then, I thought I could shorten them. Wrong! The tape comes with no instructions, is very flimsy and difficult to handle. When I tried to iron it on, it stuck to the fabric only in a few spots and came apart in others. I could not remove it from the fabric where it did stick, so now I can’t return the pants.

Yes i was skeptical this would work for hemming any clothing but it really works . I have washed the items several times and still going strong. If they do come undone its no biggy just put some more and voila! Would buy again!

It stuck to the iron in a split second when I accidentally touched it through a gap in the cloth. I was using it to patch an old pair of overalls by sticking a piece of cloth, that I cut from a pocket, over a hole in the knee. It worked brilliantly. I cleaned sticky glue off hot iron by ironing table salt spread on a cotton cloth.
