I broke a tailbone years ago and I have always had pain since then when sitting for any significant amount of time. I bought several seat cushions before they have only helped to a very limited degree. This is the first seat cushion the lets me sit for a few hours before needing to get up. I'm not pain free but near enough.

I can't speak to longevity since I've only had this a week. However, my office chair is worn out and I own a small business so we cut corners everywhere we can. Instead of replacing my entire chair I just bought this seat cushion. It's feels amazing! My back thanks me!!!

Even though it was on the thin side, I was surprised that it offered good firm support, I was using it for a car seat cushion. the only concerning thing ,only one side had fabric leaving the bottom side exposed gel I also the Covered side was non-removable this would’ve left the gel side sitting on the leather seats which, if left in a hot car could possibly damage my leather. My solution was to put a pillowcase between the gel, and the leather. I should’ve probably paid more attention and I would’ve realized this.

I really like this so far. May even buy one for my car. Even couch. I use mine in office chair works good

I have lost a lot of weight due to health issues and meds so I have no cushion on my backside. Because I sit a lot I wanted protection from sores. This cushion is perfect. I have it on my recliner. Love it!

I had a thicker memory seat cushion, and I bought this due to the thin compact size. This has zero support. I'm now getting lower back pains. It's equivalent to not using it.

Made the difference between being not-uncomfortable and really-nice on anything beyond a one-hour car trip.

This is the best chair cushion I've ever used! It's the shape of the cushion - it naturally forms to your butt so there is no pressure point pain or you're not fighting to stay balanced on the cushion. Someone definitely put some testing and thought into the design of this one!

I have had this for a couple months now and wanted to give an honest review. At first it was great. No tailbone pain and comfy. Couple months later it is junk. I get tailbone pain from sitting again. Doesn't help at all. IT is more comfy than sitting on a plane office chair, but not what was expected.

This is my 3rd home office chair pad. 1st one was thick memory foam. I hated it and used it for all of 5 minutes. I saw a cheap small thin pad in a big box store and it was better than the memory foam so I took it to work. It's ugly but it helps.I thought I would try this item since Amazon is so good with returns I figured I had nothing to lose. It is perfect! Not too thin, not too thick, covers the entire chair seat. It's so comfortable in my home office, I am ordering a 2nd one for work.A little bit pricey, I wouldn't pay more than the $36 I already paid, but if it lasts it will be more than worth the price. I will update this review over time after I see how it wears with time.
