Is what it says it is. Works well.
Works fine, frankly I think RAM is something that's kind of hard to describe beyond "works" or "does not work."Was a bit of a pain to get installed, had a few crashes to desktop before I realized that the sticks were seated incorrectly. Had to reseat them. Fits a DDR5 socket, but you have to push deceptively hard. IMO, do it before you put the motherboard in the case if you can. After those first few issues were solved, I haven't had any major problems. Not the prettiest sticks in the world, but if you care how your RAM looks you're probably not reading this. Computer is super fast, tried manually stress testing and got to the point of "screw this, I will literally never have this many things active during normal use" so I would say it's beyond what I really need.

It works fine at 5600Mhz
Very stable, with a click in my BIOS this runs stable at 5600 Mhz. Not the prettiest, being a bare-PCB kit but for the price this is amazing.

Great/Cheap starter Kit for a DDR5 Platform!
I have been thinking about upgrading my motherboard to another z690 that supports DDR5 to future proof my build for longer and this Kit helped a lot! I was using a DDR4 only Z690 from gigabyte and then I just got a z690-E from ASUS and the ram worked fine! Both dimms got to 5600Mhz from tweaking settings in the bios!

Solid Performance
Purchased a few for some builds (16GB and 32GB kits) and they always worked as expected.Pro 1: Plug and play. No XMP or EXPO profiles necessary.Pro 2: Has been error free after months of use.Pro 3: The cost at the time of purchase makes it really easy to jump into DDR5.Pro Tip: Using a RAM overclocking profile can void your warranty.

Did not work at all in Dell PC's I tested with. Will not POST with this RAM installed.
I purchased three of these 16GB Kit's for PC upgrades. The systems would not even POST with this memory installed. I tested with Dell XPS 8950 and Dell Inspiron 3020S systems. Both were running current BIOS as of the date that I wrote this review ( Sept 2024). On the other hand, Crucial DDR5 RAM worked well in these systems in the various configurations and speeds that I tested.I've normally had good luck with TEAMGROUP RAM. But in this case, it was a complete failure. My return window has closed at Amazon so I'll have to RMA these with TEAMGROUP.

Great value priced memory!
Used this for a budget build and was pleasantly surprised at the quality and speed. Priced very well.

Hynix IC?
As you may have noticed, the product title has "Hynix IC. SK Hynix is (as of this review) the best DDR5 manufacturer and leads in overclocking and high-clock speed RAM. This review is more based on kits from people I've helped get the best performance from the SK Hynix IC teamgroup elite (which includes single dimm versions). My original product when it came to me seemed to already be opened, so I had to return it.Teamgroups have been changing their kits around from M-DIE (best for Ryzen, can be tight for latency) to A-DIE (best for Intel high frequency, latency "compares" at high). The dual kits that I've seen so far have mostly been A-die and, on the rare occasion, M-die, as you can check by the labeling on the small chips on the ram (google the numbering X----). These sticks are great as you won't have to personally take heatsinks off of other kits, and you can use your own thermal pads. This allows you to functionally take control of your memory and keep it stable. Many companies working on DDR5 products are mishandling their products by not putting thermal pads on the PMIC (the DDR5 VRM Controller gets hot) and cheapening out on thermal tape, which causes your sticks to get hot over time and reduces their performance. For most people, if you are using an Intel system with a "decent" motherboard/cpu combo, you can probably get near 7000 mhz with some time tuning the numbers and voltages. I was able to get 8000 mhz stable through VST/TM5, for example, but your milage may vary.

DOES ITS JOB.
I recently purchased the TEAMGROUP Elite DDR5 16GB Kit (2x8GB) 4800MHz, and overall, I’m quite pleased with its performance. The memory modules deliver excellent speed and stability, making multitasking and running demanding applications a breeze. However, I must mention that the aesthetic design of these RAM sticks leaves much to be desired. They lack the sleek, modern look that many other brands offer, which might be a downside for those who care about the visual appeal of their build.Despite this, the performance more than makes up for it. The installation was straightforward, and I haven’t encountered any issues with compatibility or functionality. If you’re looking for reliable DDR5 memory and can overlook the plain design, this kit is a solid choice.

Great for the price if you need low profile.
It is a shame that my Maxsun Z790m d5 Terminator could not qork qith them, but on a B760M PG Riptide they are fine, easy oc to around 6800 cl32 while staying at around 55C.

Works great
16gb (2x8gb) 5200 mhz.I had bought this kit as a stand in while I RMA a larger kit from a different brand. This kit has been great and pretty much plug and play. I enabled XMP in BIOS and haven’t had any stability issues or other. The kit is currently in my workstation/personal rig while a larger kit is being RMA’d. While the size limits my use cases, this could serve others as a great budget option for their main kit. 16gb is still pretty good in the current landscape of applications, especially if your main use is gaming.Speaking of gaming. I haven’t experienced any issues while gaming with this kit. Especially with games that are notorious for their bad caching and RAM usage like Tarkov. Most other games run fine alongside other applications running in the background. I’m also very disorganized when it comes to multiple tabs open in a browser, so this kit has been handling my browsers like a champ.I’m overall satisfied with this kit. I’ll probably keep it around for testing mobo’s and as a replacement kit in a pinch.
