I got these arms thinking they were the same as the ones I have at my office. They weren't. They function very well for what I was expecting with my dual 27" monitors. I would expect something more expensive than these to provide more functionality. The springs on the arms are strong. They have a very fine margin for proper balance. 1/8th of a turn too tight and the monitors jump upwards. Too loose and they drop like a balloon (they don't fall or jump violently, which is nice).

This thing is really nice. Holds my monitors up nicely. Honestly the assembly was easy but I had to watch a video cause those instructions had me in a choke hold. I'm just a girl 🎀

Does exactly what it is supposed to, very sturdy and works well. Was easy to install as well.

it worked for about a month before it slid down after it reached a certain degree. you had to have it angled vertically or it would fall at any adjustment, damaging the microphone. expensive arm, but still loose ?

This product is okay it gets the job done but it is not as versatile as they make it out to be it's hard to get top and bottom and if you want side to side you're going to have a gap other than that it holds the monitors fine it's dirty definitely can get the job done but you're going to have awkward positioned monitors depending on how you want to set them up if you're looking to do top down monitors probably not for you side to side works and that's it I farted
