Fantastic radiator! Remember to flush before first use!!!
Great quality radiator! Had to flush it about 12 times doing the intense radiator shake dance with hot distilled water but it’s all cleaned and working well with no leaks! Pic is of the particles after 5 flushes.

Great slim radiator that fits in most spots that a 280mm fits due to also being as slim as the fans.

Price, performance, quality
Great cooling capacity. Quality manufacturing meant I didn't have to rinse the radiator out before I used it.

Couple minor issues, but good rad overall
My second EK rad to go along with a 360 SE. Had a couple fins slightly damaged out of the box, nothing I couldn't fix. I'm not crazy about the fan screws they provide, wish they had washers. I didn't bother to use them.Would I buy more of these EK rads, yah probably. I think some others on the market are equally constructed.

EK fails at customer service.
Short answer here is to stick with companies like Corsair of familiar names. I bought 3 of these for a new rig, 1 leaked after about 2 hours of modest use. So 1/3 failure rate which is not so good. Put in an RMA request with EKWB, who are based out of Slovenia. They wanted video evidence. So I sent them a video of the radiator and a leak test failure. Then they wanted me to install extenders on the radiator and send them another video. I can tell real quick when someone is just wasting my time hunting for reasons not to RMA, meanwhile I needed to get on with building my rig. Very annoying. After a bit, I just tossed the thing in the trash and replaced with a Corsair 280 which is a far superior product.Thermals for this unit are poor given the size of the radiator - virtually any other 280 mm on the market will do better in terms of temps. In fact, a standard 240 would probably best this thing for cooling. Wish I knew this before buying and installing in my loop. To EK's credit they make very good fittings, but I would avoid buying from them again given the obnoxious customer service.No penalty to Titan Rig, though they should know EK's customer service is terrible.
