Q: Ok it says it blows out the bugs also,does it have a special switch for this,how do you blow the bugs out?

I’ve never blown them out, I just empty it in the toilet when it gets full. I didn’t even know it blew them out. It sucks them up well though

Q: Can batteries be replaced?

No. There is not any battery compartment. It comes with a charging cord.

Q: Does it kill them? I want them dead!

This vacuum is pretty useless. With my first use, it caught a bunch of Spotted Lantern Fly nymphs. After charging the vacuum, it barely picks up dust. There's a flap to keep the bugs in, but that is so floppy that the bugs could get out. The bugs that remained were dead the next morning. Don't buy this; I bought a Ryobi hand held vacuum - I already have batteries - and that was almost the same price, but much better at catching the bugs.
