Great for indoor exercise
Bought these the other week. I usually do a bit of weighted hula hooping and saw these so thought I’d add them to my routine. Takes a while to find your centre of balance and I recommend using on a hard floor surface or a board. Before you know it you’ve found your balance so don’t be put off. Really feel the exercise works on my waistline and certainly gets the heart beating a bit faster. Reasonable price and easy to ‘hide away’. Worth buying.
