at last, undamaged flan crusts
One of things that I wish I had bought sooner. Removing flans is a joy. They lift up and slide off simply and easily.

Good product but I do think the loose base is a bit small for the tin. You need to be very careful lifting it out of the oven as you can easily push base up.
