Does it’s job
It’s all good when it comes to exercising your lungs but nearly impossible to stop the dribble

Great for strengthening lungs
I ordered this lung exerciser as I am trying to strengthen my lungs and I'm really pleased with the results so far.It takes a while to get used to doing it but with repeated use, I did start to notice an improvement in my breathing. The resistance can be increased when you feel comfortable to further improve your lungs.I think it’s a great device for people who do sport but also for anyone who just wants to improve their breathing and lung strength.

Seems good and is also very relaxing. 🫁
I ordered this lung trainer as I've got asthma. Also because I play the flute and piccolo and I'm hoping it will help with my breathing. It's easy to use. You breathe in through your nose and then breathe out through the lung trainer. You can change the resistance too, which I think it good. One thing I find when doing it is that it's really relaxing to do as you're focusing on your breathing. You could wear it while trying to relax or meditating and play relaxing music. It would be a useful tool to use while having certain types of panic attacks too, if you suffer from them. Help you to calm yourself down. It's easy to clean and the silicone bit detached easily to wash it.So far I'm happy with the lung trainer. I hope it works well over time. 🫁

useful device, needs to used for a while though.
I got the JD Health Tech | Breathing Exerciser Device for Lungs, because I thought I could use it to help improve my breathing/lung capacity. I have seen these devices before, but thought I would give it a try. The theory is that over time, with training, you can expand your lung capacity. Thats the theory. The device is relatively simple to use, set the starting resistance, breath in through the nose out through the device 10-20 times. (depending on your intiial need and lung capacity). You should follow the card instructions and use a comfortable resistance to start so you can get used to the exercise.Pros: Easy to use, easy to change resistance.Cons: may not work for everyone, mouthpiece may irritate some people due its design.

Much better than the ball type exerciser. Good range of adjustment.
This lung exerciser is small but very effective. It is much handier than the one I have with the floating balls inside as it offers adjustable resistance, and it fits in my pocket. You don’t have to set aside time to use it as it can be used while doing other things at the same time thanks to the teeth grip, I can even use it hands free. Ideal for athletes looking to improve stamina, for swimmers or for folk needing to rehabilitate after lung surgery or lung conditions. It is really easy to change the resistance, just turn the bottom to your desired setting. It is easy to keep sanitised as well.

Puts your lungs to work
I have a breathing condition and have been using a lung exerciser for a couple of years. It restricts the air flow when breathing in and out.The JD Health exerciser, which is half the price, restricts expiration only. It certainly puts the lungs to work and provides a good range of resistance using the control knob. After even a short session of just a few breaths I feel refreshed. My only issue is that this device, unlike my old one, seems to encourage dribble. I suspect this is because you have to clamp your teeth onto the device rather than just hold a tube between your lips.
