Not for smaller dogs
Sadly these feet shard off pieces, like a cooked chicken bone would, and we had to throw them out. Our smaller dog actually choked on one. Larger dogs don't seem to have any issues, but our 15lb fur baby, was NOT a happy pupper. Being that it's a food item, we couldn't return it. So hopefully consumers read the reviews.

Needs more feet and less leg
First off, know that these treats are not some kind of "bite" or "snack" prepared from a recipe. These are dried, salted, and perhaps smoked duck feet.We first started buying duck feet from a local alternative pet food store as a treat option for our allergic kitty. Dried duck feet (in multiples) are disgusting. This doesn't phase our youngest boys. They'll gnaw on these for a while.Unlike other duck freet that we have purchased, this bag had fewer actual feet and was mostly leg pieces.Duck feet are both a toy and a treat for cats and having the foot part to gnaw on is apparently part on the fun. (You do have to collect these and watch so that the your kitty doesn't chew big pieces until they're soft and then attempt to swallow whole. Ask me how I know.)I would buy these again if I couldn't find our local brand, but the feet, while disgusting, are my cats' favorite. They own me, so....

Great concept, stanky execution
Okay. I like the ingredients (simply duck feet). My dog totally freaked out when I gave these to her. Maybe she's quirky, but she regularly eats bully sticks, marrow bones and assorted other animal parts. I had to pretend to eat the nasty little feet in order for her to understand their purpose. The freak out aside, these things are pretty gross. I mean, I know they're feet. I didn't expect to have an overly pleasant experience, but these were pretty stinky...and the breath lingered much longer than any other body part treat we have. Conceptually, I think they're good for the pooch, but in practice...I'm going to pass on every buying them again.

Broken House Rules- a treat worth a scolding
Before using this product we had a "no dead birds in the house" rule. Henceforth, when I gave my dog one of these for like thirty seconds he would give it a lick and then look at me with the wide eyed guilt look. Finally I realized what the problem was and gave him the all clear at which point he tore-down. I took it as a sign that he enjoyed the treat but then I caught him later with paws on the table trying to get to the bag. As a sign he LOVED the duck's feet it was great. However, since we still have the "no climbing on furniture to steal things" rule in the house he had to be scolded and watch me put the treats on a shelf six feet off the floor. After watching him with his second one I truly believe he would have risked another scolding if they hadn't had their new home on the high shelf.

Our Dogs Loved Them
A buddy suggested these so I decided to give them a try. By which I mean offer them to my spoiled dogs to see what they thought. My friend was right, the dogs loved these chews.I should tell you that they look like duck feet and there's no way around that. I comfort myself by reminding me that using this part of the duck means that none of the duck --or very little-- is wasted.43% protein35% fatpriceyDog approved~

Not for cats
These are great treats - for a DOG. The packaging says for cats, too, so I got these since my cats are on a limited ingredient diet of mainly duck. I thought they'd love these treats. Unfortunately, all they can do is sniff and lick them. They are much too hard and large for a cat to eat. My pit bull is thrilled with them - so I would certainly suggest them for a dog.

Duck feet were a hit
I am always on the lookout for healthy, USA sourced and processed treats for Izzy. The bravo bonus bites dry roasted duck feet are exactly what they say, the food and part leg of a duck. The nails are trimmed off, I would assume to prevent choking or hurting the dog. The treat says for dogs or cats. Izzy was very interested when I opened these treats. She took her treat and ran off to chew and chew happily. The feet weren't greasy or stinky as some treats can be. So far she seems to be tolerating it well.

Great dog treat
This is my dogs “lunch”/ midday treat. I have a 60 lb boxer who is on a pretty strict diet (we make his food), so we only give him single ingredient dog treats and this has been one of his favorites. If I forget to give it to him, he likes to remind me and gives me the stare around noon :) He knows the key word “duck foot”or lunch time and runs to the kitchen to get it.
