Mine arrived in perfect condition and on time! As you can see, I cut my doll's hair, and lemme tell you that after taking it down, this doll has A LOT of hair. Very nicely rooted as with most bratz dolls and other mga products. The dolls extra accessories as well as the one's she comes wearing were PERFECT with no flaws at all! The only thing that I'd say that's not as good is that there was a lot of gel/glue in my doll's hair, but all I had to do wash comb it a bit and it all came out-- I left the gel in the bangs however; personally I like the sleek look of it in them but I may brush it out down the line. The amount of gel makes sense for the hairstyle she comes with I suppose, but it's just something to note. Overall, extremely satisfied with this purchase-- even though initially she was my least fav of the reproduction line, but she exceeded my expectations and I love her now after a little restyle. Highly recommend this doll for collectors and children!

She is super pretty! I took her hair down and she is absolutely beautiful that way too, after you brush her hair good the hair will become super soft! Love her ❤️

I got the “used doll” option but in reality someone returned it because the box was damaged which is not a problem to me. The doll came in new, in her damage box and all of her accessories in good condition, her face did not look weird and I also did not pay full price for the doll 10/10
