Amazing laptop!
I've had numerous laptops over the years and this is my absolute favorite ever. I never had such a fast computer and 2T storage which is perfect for my massive amount of genealogy documents and pictures. So happy with my purchase. I only wish that DVD burners were still built in, but that issue is solved with an external DVD drive.

Beautiful and fast!
My husband had been complaining about how slow his old laptop was, and this one popped up on sale during prime day. He has been very impressed with easy setup, fast loading everything (we thought maybe our isp was the issue, but NO!) with beautiful graphics and sound. Time will tell if this HP will hold up to daily use, but early on it is a well built and designed laptop.

Too many issues with setting up!!! Seniors, beware!
A picture or video isn’t necessary because it look just as advertised. My score my be mostly my fault with days of becoming 70 & no technical skills, using mostly common sense & reading setup instructions has me screaming! Even after paying a pro at Data Doctors I still went from one issue to another with the setup & still filling too insecure at work in a remote job that I have not applied for yet because I don’t understand why windows 11 has so many set ups for me to feel comfortable. It says all my previous information should show up on all my devices yet I can’t get it to work! luckily I have a nephew that is able to help. In the meantime. I’m losing job opportunities. Seniors beware, windows 11 needs to be set up, it’s not automatic. In fact everything on this computer needs to be set up even after you say you pay for it, ie., 365 Microsoft! Good luck. But know the computer is light and cute and large enough for me to work many things. Once I figure everything out. I have lots of memory, so I’m sure I will soon figure out how to fill it.
