I have tried other bulbs and box lights. This one is great does not tip over as easy as others do. Love the bright whiteness

The only thing that could make this better, is if the light were dimmable. But it’s a wonderful lightbox and great for the price!

I've finally found a good soft box for lighting. I've waisted money on not so good lighting and this one makes my feel like a professional. I can't wait to create content with this. One The first pic is taken with just my camera flash and the second pic is with one soft box. Bad lighting can take the beauty away from things. This one is perfect for beginners like myself and even the advanced content creators. It didn't come with instructions but no worries assembly was super easy and self explanatory. It is sturdy and I love that it comes with a carry case with handles on it. Easy storage and convenient carrying, no cons with this soft-box!

This looks and feels like is a very basic light box setup to me. It comes with a 5500 K non-dimmable LED bulb. The only control is an on/off switch on the power cable.The light box build quality is okay. The exterior of the light box is black, and the stitching feels okay to me. There are four flexible ribs that form the shape of the light box. There is a reflective lining inside. The diffusion cover is a single thin layer of white cloth. It does appear to have a bit of a hot spot in the middle, but I think there is enough diffusion to provide pretty even lighting.I don't see any light escaping from the back or edges where the diffusion screen attaches.Setup is very easy. There is a levered ring inside that you press towards the back of the white box, and it snaps into place and presses the ribbing outward to hold everything in place. The diffusion screen goes over the end of the light box, with strips of velcro to hold it in place on each side.The stand is not very tall. It extends to a total height of 54 inches. The extensions are easy to adjust, and the thumb screws seem to hold each section securely. The base of the stand also feels secure.The LED bulb gets warm, but not too hot to touch, and I don't feel much heat emitting from the front of the diffusion screen. The exterior of the body of the white box does get a little bit warm, but not too much.

Good piece but I though it was bigger

This was easy to set up and start filming. I am no pro, but my videos and photos are receiving tons of positive feedback from people who are professionals. I love how well it travels and stores small when not in use.

Build qualityThis exceeded my expectations in almost all areas. In short I am very pleased considering the price the only thing that let me down was the power cord, it feels thin and cheap -- Other than that the rest of the light and stand was very good considering the price.UseThe lighting kit produced good soft light, excellent for indoor photography. The stand is stable and the fastener works well. The light can be adjusted rather easilyThings to knowThe white diffuser (cloth) attaches by hook and loop to the "light box" which opens like an "umbrella"TravelThe kit collapses down easily and fits in the included bag very well. If it weren't for the bulb it would be much more compact and may even fit in a smaller bag if you can store the bulb elsewhere (or are fine with a smaller bulb)Final thoughtsThis light set works well and I recommend it.
