Asics Women's Gel-Kayano 30 Running Shoes

I researched the brand and the model, but I don't want to spend too much on the current model. Good thing it is available at an affordable price here at Amazon. Color, stability, and the support on my arc are great. I can walk well, and it really fits great. Flat feet need cushion support, or feel like you are at clouds when walking.

I bought these Kayano 30s for the cushioning and I am not disappointed. This is literally the thickest cushioning I've ever seen in a running shoe. That also means they are not fast or super responsive. They will last forever and keep my knees happy doing high miles. Note that these shoes are built for over pronators, not supinators. Get the Nimbus if you supinate.

High arches and rolling feet and smiles are my problem. I seriously “over pronate” ….. love these shoes. They easy to keep clean. They are comfortable. I’m an avid ASICS owner , the quality can’t be beat! Fit excellent. My feet are cool and never hot!

Bought these for my mother-in-law and she absolutely loves them. She's older and enjoys taking walks, and these have really helped with her stability. She says they’re comfortable and feel secure. Great purchase for anyone needing extra support while staying active.

These shoes are very cushioned, which I love. It makes it great when working a long shift and being on my feet a lot in the hospital. The reason I took off one star was because I ordered a wide, and I truly don’t have wide feet. I just like the extra room. However, it’s still slightly more narrow than I would have expected for a wide shoe. Definitely glad I didn’t order the normal medium width.

Loves these. They have a lot of cushion on the bottom, with a little gap in the middle of the back of the heal, so it feels like it gives me a lot of shock absorption on my long walks. It almost feels like my feet don't hit the ground when I walk. They offer a variety of sizes from narrow, regular, and wide. Asics tend to have a lot of room so unless you have really wide feet, I'd recommend the regular. I have wide feet, and I ordered the wide and my feet are sliding around a little bit.

I was dealing with plantar fasciitis when I got these shoes and they were a game changer. There is just the right amount of support in the arch that after working all day as a nurse my feet feel great. I haven’t had any flare ups of plantar fasciitis since switching to this shoe. I’m so happy Amazon sells these and it saves me just a little bit ordering off here. They have some pretty cute colors too which is nice.

This is my second pair. So comfortable BUT both pairs only lasted 5 months (got these in Oct) because BOTH developed holes where the pinky toe is. I thought 1st pair was too tight, so I went with wide on this pair. Same thing. Almost bought a 3rd, but saw reviews from another with the same issue... I thought it was just me. I love them, but I don't want to keep replacing every 5 months.
