We love this, it's sturdy, has a sleek look, the door opens and closes tightly. The size is just what we needed. It works as expected. Our gold stickers we bought are peeling off, perhaps due to the (intentionally) bumpy finish, but we will figure out a workaround. Great value for the money.

Bought this to replace a steel mailbox that was showing its age. The new aluminum mailbox won't rust and has a very attractive black matte finish which I like. I gave it four stars for ease of installation because, unlike the old standard steel mailbox, it has an extra cross brace it the bottom near the front for strength. This required that the old standard size wood mounting board be trimmed about an inch at the front so that the new mailbox would fit on it. Not a hard job at all if you have a battery powered saw. I think the final result is quite classy.

We have moved a lot. Each house required a mailbox. I’ve always used aluminum to avoid rust, wood rot, vinyl cracking and flimsy construction. These boxes are the correct size and of good quality. The boxes do not come with mounting hardware, and for good reason. There are USPS standards for the box dimensions, mounting holes and ground clearance, but no such standards for the mounting post/bracket/platorm etc. So the buyer or installer must adapt the box to the mounting which is easily done with 1x6 pressure treated or on-line kits. I recommend an aluminum mounting post as well as the box.

Love the mailbox, but the letters I ordered separately didn't stick very well because of the texturing.

Great product! Fit ,finish, paint and adapt to my prior mailbox fittings were perfect. Very easy to adjust door closure. The quality of the Al. used on this box was much better than my prior box which lasted 12 yrs and cost much more. Absolutely would recommend this box to friends.

Good size, steel, classic design. I got it specifically for the one-handed opening ability. It will be hanging from chains and I want the mail carrier to be able to open it with one hand without it swinging around. The thumb latch facilitates that.

I expected screws would come with the box to install. NO. Either buy new screws 0r hopefully the old ones will be usable

This is a perfect upgrade from our plastic mailbox. It looks great and was easy to attach to the existing pole.
