I had a $27 knife like this from restaurant Depot that worked for years. I think I threw it out by accident, but we can’t find it. I tried to find a few replacements, but something always sucked about them. This thing is exactly what I wanted. I needed it to fit in my hand and be well-made. When they are too small or the angles are wrong I feel like I’m risking cutting myself. I don’t feel that way with this.

So far so good.

Great knife, very sharp. I’ve cut myself twice, you need to handle this knife with caution if you are not an expert user of knives.

I got this knife for my daughter and son-in-law for Christmas with other things like a knife, sharpener, etc., and some really nice pots and pans. They are very excited for the knife and later on my daughter called me and told me that she loves a knife and looking for more.

This is, without a doubt, hands down walking away the best knife I've ever owned in my 77 yrs! The handle felt odd at first, just different from the knife I was used to. But now that I've been using it, the balance and grip is very good and boy howdy is it sharp!! A little honing to maintain and it should remain sharp for years to come! I highly recommend this knife!
